On the morning of May 27, the 11th NGC Employees Dragon Boat Race was successfully held at the Dragon-boat Center on Xuanwu Lake. Nearly a thousand employees and local residents came to cheer on the competitors. NGC Group's leadership also attended the event. In recent years, NGC Group has maintained stable development and achieved new breakthroughs, progressing rapidly into a new era of high-quality growth. This year's dragon boat race marks the 11th anniversary of the event. The longstanding tradition of the "Spirit of Racing Dragon Boats" has played a significant role in promoting NGC's corporate culture and employee morale, providing a potent spiritual push for propelling its high-quality development.

Twenty-two teams competed in the dragon boat race, navigating a 300-meter straight track. After five rounds of fiercely contested preliminary races and three nail-biting finals, the Rail Transportation Equipment's team finally took the championship an impressive duration of 1 minute, 50 seconds, and 57 milliseconds. The Huai'an Branch and High Speed Gear First Factory teams won the second prize. The High-speed Thermal Treatment Factory, the Marine Equipment Gearbox Factory and the High Speed Gear Fifth Factory teams took the third prize. Most members of the High Speed Gear Third Factory received a "Special Contribution Award" from the Organizing Committee for their preparation for the "Enterprise Alliance - Navigation Cup" competition in Nanjing. The rowers fought hard on the water, with the drumbeats and cheers ringing out across the lake. The audience was deeply touched by the spirit and willpower of the rowers and could not help cheering and applauding for them.

At the end of the event, the Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Company, Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear Company, Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Company and Huai'an Branch culminated the event with a colorful and lively closing ceremony performance.
