On May 16-18, 2023, the biennial China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2023) was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao’an New Pavilion). Over the years, the CIBF has become a weather vane for the global battery industry, ranking No.1 in the world in terms of exhibition scale, industry influence, professionalism, internationalization and level of information. The exhibition area for the event this year reached 240,000 ㎡, and was attended by more than 2,500 exhibitors.

MWB series agitator gearboxes: The MWB series agitator gearboxes exhibited in Shenzhen are suitable for agitating tank equipment with complex operating conditions and high reliability requirements. These products can enhance the efficiency of production lines, thanks to their special characteristics of low noise, prominent energy-saving performance and high reliability during operation. At the same time, the products feature an optimized design, including a dry-hole sealing structure to greatly improve thermal efficiency. The modular product design, along with a full selection of accessories and options, provides better-matched, more optimized solutions for lithium battery applications such as slurry agitating tanks.

Gear motor series: The gear motor series are electromechanical products designed using a highly modular concept. They feature a compact structure and different combinations of gearbox and motor, equipped with different standard functional units for users to choose from. In this way, they can meet the installation position requirements and institutional needs of various application scenarios. The products are widely used in fields such as light industry, food, logistics, petroleum, pharmaceuticals and construction, with an excellent performance in equipment for agitation and conveying. Magnet - gear drive system (MGDS series): At the event, NGC’s MGDS series was particularly eye-catching. The system features an integrated permanent magnet motor, gear drive and frequency conversion control system, and fully combines their three key advantages: the high efficiency of the motor, the high torque density of the gear drive and the intelligent control of the frequency conversion system. These products provide comprehensive intelligent health management and ensure the consistency of lithium battery production at the equipment end through real-time monitoring, dynamic sensing, advance warning, intelligent maintenance and diagnosis on core equipment such as agitating tanks, blenders and coaters.
