The Company promotes the IATF16949 quality control system, with all product development and manufacture in strict accordance with the system’s requirements. At the gearbox R&D stage, finite element analysis, order and modal analysis, flow field and thermal field simulation are all applied in combination with experimental verification. While satisfying all requirements for product reliability, this has further enhanced the gearbox’s power density, transmission efficiency and NVH performance. Similarly, the Company is dedicated to the principle of accepting no defects in any manufacture links. This includes raw materials, machining, thermal processing, assembly and testing, to ensure that all products are delivered to clients with a high-quality standard.

Our Products

The Company’s products are positioned as high speed and high performance gear transmission systems, and are classified into parallel gear transmission and planetary gear transmission systems. All products are developed in-house, benefiting from NGC’s rich experience in high-speed gear design and manufacture. They all feature a compact structure, high performance, excellent NVH and high reliability.
